The Armour of God

Ephesians 6:1-20

1 Children, obey your parents in the Lord: for this is right.

2 Honour thy father and mother; which is the first commandment with promise;

3 That it may be well with thee, and thou mayest live long on the earth.

4 And, ye fathers, provoke not your children to wrath: but bring them up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord.

5 Servants, be obedient to them that are your masters according to the flesh, with fear and trembling, in singleness of your heart, as unto Christ;

6 Not with eyeservice, as menpleasers; but as the servants of Christ, doing the will of God from the heart;

7 With good will doing service, as to the Lord, and not to men:

8 Knowing that whatsoever good thing any man doeth, the same shall he receive of the Lord, whether he be bond or free.

9 And, ye masters, do the same things unto them, forbearing threatening: knowing that your Master also is in heaven; neither is there respect of persons with him.

10 Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.

11 Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.

12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

13 Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.

14 Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness;

15 And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace;

16 Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.

17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God:

18 Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;

19 And for me, that utterance may be given unto me, that I may open my mouth boldly, to make known the mystery of the gospel,

20 For which I am an ambassador in bonds: that therein I may speak boldly, as I ought to speak.

“The night is far spent, the day is at hand: let us therefore cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armour of light.”

The Bible 3: Why Do I Love The Bible

Superbook Intro

I love the bible because it makes me see and look at myself. It shows me my true reflection infront of my own mirror, and makes me realize that I am imperfect, and that I need to change my ways.To be a righteous witness to all, and still have a chance to repent and be saved.

Among the many symbol of the Bible, this is most obvious to me.It is mirror(Jas1:23-25), a seed(1P1:23) and an anchor(He6:19,20) Jb5:17 Pr3:11-16; 13:24; 1P4; 1Co9:26,27 Php2:16;3:13-14 Gal 6:9-10 He12:1; 1Co6:9-11

The Bible 2: Why Do I Hate The Bible

I hate the bible because it makes me see and look at myself. It shows me my true reflection infront of my own mirror, and makes me realize that I am imperfect. Why can I be like the rest of the people, at least some of them.

They go to church, saying their halleluyahs and peace be with yous, and after that, they go outside, learned nothing and always doing the things they want. Choosing to judge other mirror and other reflection but not
their own. Boasting this and that in their own perfect world. Pr14:1, 16; 6:2, 12,14- 19 Ro1:28-31; 3:18 Jb20:5; 27:8Mt6:2;7:5;15:7 Lk6:42 Pr11:9

Proverbs 14:16 King James Version (KJV)

16 A wise man feareth, and departeth from evil: but the fool rageth, and is confident.

Bible statistic differ not only in versions but also in the number of specific words/EDITIONS

Chapter Standardized: Stephen langton. The First one to make chapters was Cardinal Hugo de Sancta Caro(St.Cher)
Verse by Robert stephanus Estienne

The Geneva Bible in 1960 was the first to include chapter and verse divisions for the entire Bible.

I’ll be using the King James version For 2 reason: 1.Because there is physical act that Jesus senses,Mk5:38; and of course, I like the flow of the prose and poetries of the English language that is found therein. The King James Version is not perfect, but it is much easier and enjoyable to read than most, that is why it’s my main study bible. But I will also referred to other bible and bible study reference as well.

Four-fold superiority of the King James Version       Part 2

Facts And Fables

So what bible version are you going to use? Use the one you understand most, and pray that the holy spirit teaches you of Spiritual discernment. There is no bible version that is superior, one to another. One version can have a better interpretation than the other version because of Hebrew, aramaic, compared chaldean words and Greek koine words. So search those words and not just rely on bible versions.

Should you use a paraphrase bible? No a paraphrase is a retelling in your or the author’s own words and understanding.A good example is The Message by Eugene Peterson. Such bible can be use as a commentary not a primary bible, and at the most it doesn’t convey the message of the original text.Jhn 5:39

trivias 3 :Saturnalia

Saturnalia is name after the roman god Saturn, Who is the counterpart of the Greek God Cronus, which is the god of agriculture.

saturnalia
"time of merrymaking," 1591, from L. Saturnalia, ancient Roman festival of Saturn (held in December), a time of merrymaking for all, from neut. pl. of adj. Saturnalis "pertaining to Saturn," from Saturnus (see Saturn). The extended sense of "period of unrestrained revelry" is first attested 1782.

Christmas Look up Christmas at Dictionary.com
late O.E. Cristes mæsse, from Christ (but retaining the original vowel sound) + mass. Written as one word from mid-14c. Father Christmas first attested in a carol attributed to Richard Smart, Rector of Plymtree (Devon) from 1435-77. Christmas tree first attested 1835 in Amer.Eng., from Ger. Weihnachtsbaum. Christmas cards first designed 1843, popular by 1860s.

In the Bible, there is no christmass or mass of Christ.Mass means the sacrifice of Christ, according to the Catholic Encyclopedia, the victim is the Host from the lastin Hostia.

Concerning his birth no one  really knows his exact birth

Our Lord has already resurrected and we rejoice at his victory

Celebrating over and over the death of Christ is an insult to him seeing you are more useful to God alive than dead. But its nice to nice to visit family and friends and nice also receiving gifts, nothing wrong with it.In truth christmas come from or it is the witches sabbat called Yule

yule Look up yule at Dictionary.com
O.E. geol, geola "Christmas Day, Christmastide," from O.N. jol (pl.), a heathen feast, later taken over by Christianity, of unknown origin. The O.E. (Anglian) cognate giuli was the Anglo-Saxons' name for a two-month midwinter season corresponding to Roman December and January, a time of important feasts but not itself a festival. After conversion to Christianity it narrowed to mean "the 12-day feast of the Nativity" (which began Dec. 25), but was replaced by Christmas by 11c., except in the northeast (areas of Danish settlement), where it remained the usual word. Revived 19c. by writers to mean "the Christmas of 'Merrie England.' " First direct reference to the Yule log is 17c. O.N. jol seems to have been borrowed in O.Fr. as jolif, hence Mod.Fr. joli "pretty, nice," originally "festive" (see jolly).

With all the ceremonies and stage plays running loose these days, the bible always warn us to stay vigilant and test everything.1Jn4:1;2Th2:15

Trivias

trivia
"trivialities, things of little consequence," 1902, popularized as title of a book by L.P. Smith, from L. trivia, pl. of trivium "place where three roads meet" (see trivial).
Here is your Christmas Trivia Number 1

Jesus was born December 25? No! The exact date until today is unknown. Here is the story behind this date.

Because in those time, pagans is having a difficult time of abandoning their old beliefs, and converting to Christianity. Roman Bishop Liberius in 354 AD declared that on December 25, is the birth of Jesus Christ. It wasn't called Christmas then but a Midwinter Feast.

The Gospel of Luke tells us of tending flocks at night when Jesus was born.It Is still being done today. But on a hot summer months.

Bible Fraud 3:Read and learn

The bible is an amazing book not only that you learn about others, it also teaches you. But you will never learn everything in one reading and one sitting.

It must be read slowly, thoroughly, with writing down notes, bookmarking and of course, reading your notes again.

It will take a serious and tireless commitment of reading, researching and rereading and memorizing some verses and meditating to understand some of the teaching that will unfold.

It is far better than doing rosaries,or kneeling ,touching down images of saints, but they are more easier. But the most important than reading the bible itself,is to ask God that the holy spirit guides you into all truth.

Forgetting this important gift, would mean just reading a book containing alphabets, joint together to form words, phrases, verses, sentences, paragraphs, stories, and then to tell yourself and others of truth "I don't get it"

Bible Fraud 2: Those Vulgar Words

The sodomites,Ge19Two sisters,Ez23 A lot of critics and voices tries to destroy the bible.

Saying that there are some stories that should not have been written. But the holiness of the bible still survives. They are only angry because they are unwilling to face the reality of the bible.

It is not like some holy books that show only the good word of what is happening, but also shows you the reality of things.

So while you judge it in your foolishness. Others judge you righteously and in the right way.

While you do not want understanding. It tells you that you have a chance of choosing the right way.

So the best way is, go ahead try to destroy the word of God,So that you might find out that you are among the seekers of truth, and that you have countless false understanding of the word of God .Pr12:15;23:9;2Pe2:12Jude10

Bible fraud

Due to denomination everywhere. Critics and Atheism seems to be right all along, that the bible is a man made fraud.

Those strange doctrines which they juggle around the campus of the church are strange indeed. But not to them. But only to the Word of God.For a bible student like me. I read in the bible that wisdom is not with the aged, not all scholars agree. That is why we should not believe immediately on what they are teaching us. But test it all together.Job32:9

The Truth of The Matter 3: Are We Doing Something

Are we doing enough. No matter what we are telling you, It is belief versus belief.

Truth is of the majority or of one group or of individual. The best solution is to start reviewing or looking again on what we had been taught against some old or new information. The atom In Greek means not cut or indivisible, smallest particle of matter. But then we have an atom smasher or particle accelerator, and discovery, that the atom is made up of an even smaller particle

That is why it is so important to understand what they are saying than simply being a follower. And of course our source is the bible. I really do like putting pictures and gif

The Truth of The Matter 2: My Favorite Verse/s

The Twenty-Third Psalm of the King James Version

Psa 23:1 [[A Psalm of David.]] The LORD [is] my shepherd; I shall not want.
Psa 23:2 He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters.
Psa 23:3 He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake.
Psa 23:4 Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou [art] with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.
Psa 23:5 Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.
Psa 23:6 Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the LORD for ever.

The Twenty Third Psalm

So what is now your favorite verse or verses of the bible. I have heard this song, many times over, from our old turntable record player or phonograph as it is called in those days.

I even record this song on cassette tape. It was on Ray conniff's Christmas album which he compose. The 23rd Psalm (1979)and sang with his orchestra.

Now our turntable is silent but still this song give me comfort from day to day. I bought an item bearing this verse and it still hang in my room.I lost my footprints in the sand item.

The Sound of Silence 3: The Mission

Who Am I

We do this to make you turn to the Lord and to his word in a different way. Not becoming slave to those Alleluias, praise the Lord, peace be with you, and also be
with you and all that repetitious words and prayers and salutations.

And then afterwards, outside the church go back into being drunkards in the streets gossiping around with their self-righteous act until they go to bed. So where is the change in them.

Make you turn the pages of your bible and really know the word of God. Making you read and search the word of God than just treating as a qoutation book, to make you feel better. To be a good witness for the Lord. There is no boasting in that motion.

Just about for five to fifteen minutes. I found the websites blueletterbible.org, etymonline.com and christiananswers.net very useful. We will present topics at random, with no assurance of how long or short but guaranteed to be biblical always. 1Ti1:18 Pr1:23

The Sound of Silence 2:Prayer and Meditation

It is always beneficial to have a quiet time. Time to meditate the word of God on some relaxing room, sited on a chair or in bed remembering each passage of a particular verse or verses, even ask the one part of the verse which we do not understand.

Praying is a communication with God, asking, thanking and letting God know what we want each day, today. The bible say pray without ceasing and to faint not, for prayer and meditating his word brings us closer to him.1Th5:17Lk18:1

In this blog we're gonna flood you with too much information, but only much, that is which required. If you want informations, there are so many to choose. Let us make the bible simple to understand. So to exercise prayer and meditation.

Footprints in the sand

Footprints in the sand An Amazing Poem in Search of its Author

Footprint
One night a man had a dream. He dreamed He was walking along the beach with the LORD. Across the sky flashed scenes from His life. For each scene He noticed two sets Footprints in the sand of footprints in the sand. One belonging to Him and the other to the LORD.

When the last scene of His life flashed before Him, he looked back at the footprints in the sand. He noticed that many times along the path of His life there was only one set of footprints. He also noticed that it happened at the very lowest and saddest times of His life.

This really bothered Him and He questioned the LORD about it. LORD you said that once I decided to follow you, you'd walk with me all the way. But I have noticed that during the most troublesome times in my life there is only one set of footprints. I don't understand why when I needed you most you would leave me.

The LORD replied, my precious, precious child, I Love you and I would never leave you! During your times of trial and suffering when you see only one set of footprints, it was then that I carried you.

--- Carolyn Carty, 1963

Footprints in the Sand
One night I dreamed I was walking along the beach with the Lord. Many scenes from my life flashed across the sky.
In each scene I noticed footprints in the sand. Sometimes there were two sets of footprints, other times there was one only.
This bothered me because I noticed that during the low periods of my life, when I was suffering from anguish, sorrow or defeat, I could see only one set of footprints, so I said to the Lord,
“You promised me Lord,
that if I followed you, you would walk with me always. But I have noticed that during the most trying periods of my life there has only been one set of footprints in the sand. Why, when I needed you most, have you not been there for me?”
The Lord replied, “The years when you have seen only one set of footprints, my child, is when I carried you."      Mary Stevenson, 1936

Footprints
Also Known As "I Had a Dream"
One night I dreamed a dream.
I was walking along the beach with my Lord. Across the dark sky flashed scenes from my life. For each scene, I noticed two sets of footprints in the sand, one belonging to me and one to my Lord.
When the last scene of my life shot before me I looked back at the footprints in the sand. There was only one set of footprints. I realized that this was at the lowest and saddest times of my life. This always bothered me and I questioned the Lord about my dilemma.
"Lord, You told me when I decided to follow You, You would walk and talk with me all the way. But I'm aware that during the most troublesome times of my life there is only one set of footprints. I just don't understand why, when I need You most, You leave me."
He whispered, "My precious child, I love you and will never leave you, never, ever, during your trials and testings. When you saw only one set of footprints, It was then that I carried you."

The Sound of Silence:The blog

Why create a bible blog. I don't know. There many websites with much plenty of information, more expertise in creating, delivering and not to mention executing informations concerning the bible. So why create then, well the simpliest answer would be simply to put everything in just one place, I do suffer the lost of scratches everywhere. Anyhow, it's good to have a different approach to the bible. I like some quotes, pictures, and videos, so enjoy,
In the least or most me.

The Sound of Silence

The Sound Of Silence Lyrics
Artist(Band):Simon and Garfunkel

Hello darkness, my old friend,
I've come to talk with you again,
Because a vision softly creeping,
Left its seeds while I was sleeping,
And the vision that was planted in my brain
Still remains
Within the sound of silence.

In restless dreams I walked alone
Narrow streets of cobblestone,
'Neath the halo of a street lamp,
I turned my collar to the cold and damp
When my eyes were stabbed by the flash of a neon light
That split the night
And touched the sound of silence.

And in the naked light I saw
Ten thousand people, maybe more.
People talking without speaking,
People hearing without listening,
People writing songs that voices never share
And no one dared
Disturb the sound of silence.

"Fools" said I, "You do not know
Silence like a cancer grows.
Hear my words that I might teach you,
Take my arms that I might reach you."
But my words like silent raindrops fell,
And echoed
In the wells of silence.

And the people bowed and prayed
To the neon god they made.
And the sign flashed out its warning,
In the words that it was forming.
And the sign said, the words of the prophets are written on the subway walls
And tenement halls.
And whisper'd in the sounds of silence."

The Restful 3: The Ill Effects of The Full of Rest

Sluggardness, Slothfulness, Idleness and too much sleep, and inactivity. They can rob of precious things, especially time.

Opportunities, health, and knowledge that you should have experience, have all been gone because of being lazy. But the most obvious of them all is poverty.

The Bible say that the slothful man hides his hand in his bosom, and will not so much as bring it to his mouth again. And such we must avoid.

The bible uses the small ants as a good example of a good worker, which you think has no time to rest, but they do. After all we creatures can only do as much. But ants are one of the busiest creatures in the world. Providing food for heir colonies,May we learn from world of ants. They have more storage room, for food. May we also be tireless of seeking the truthfulness of the God in the bible.

Ants do sleep or rest, shifting their responsibility. Others work, while others sleep. At nightfall, they reduce their work. Worker ants just look the same, so you'll never notice that some of them actually resting.

Another fact is that they don't have eyelids, but it is generally accepted when the brain(and biological functions)gets tired you need to stop for a while and sleep. It vary from species to speciesPr 6:6, 9-11;13:4; 19:15;20:4;26:16 Ec10:18

The Restful 2: The Rest of The Land

Let the land and the earth have its own rest from man's activity. Let it replenish and rejuvenate itself. The pesticides destroys fruit and plant quality, the illegal logging destroys the forest. It destroy a good shield for the flood and gravely increases soil erosion. The Lord establish a command concerning the field and vegetation. Let the earth bring forth her fruit and her seed in due season. The Jewish calendar is a luni-solar calendar. There is time for harvest, feast even a jubilee and celebration. Ex23:11;Lv25:3-9

The Restful: The Important of Rest

Gen 2:2,3 And on the seventh day God ended his work which he had made; and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had made. And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that in it he had rested from all his work which God created and made.
Exod 16:3 So the people rested on the seventh day.

Exod 20:11For in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore the LORD blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it.

Exod 31:17 It is a sign between me and the children of Israel for ever: for in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, and on the seventh day he rested, and was refreshed.

Exod 16:23 And he said unto them, This is that which the LORD hath said, To morrow is the rest of the holy sabbath unto the LORD: bake that which ye will bake to day, and seethe that ye will seethe; and that which remaineth over lay up for you to be kept until the morning.

Exod 23:12Six days thou shalt do thy work, and on the seventh day thou shalt rest: that thine ox and thine ass may rest, and the son of thy handmaid, and the stranger, may be refreshed.

Lev 23:3 Six days shall work be done: but the seventh day is the sabbath of rest, an holy convocation; ye shall do no work therein: it is the sabbath of the LORD in all your dwellings.

Deut 5:14 But the seventh day is the sabbath of the LORD thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, nor thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thine ox, nor thine ass, nor any of thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates; that thy manservant and thy maidservant may rest as well as thou.

1 Chr 22:9 Behold, a son shall be born to thee, who shall be a man of rest; and I will give him rest from all his enemies round about: for his name shall be Solomon, and I will give peace and quietness unto Israel in his days.

1 Chr 22:18 Is not the LORD your God with you? and hath he not given you rest on every side? for he hath given the inhabi tants of the land into mine hand; and the land is subdued before the LORD, and before his people.

Ps 116:7Return unto thy rest, O my soul; for the LORD hath dealt bountifully with thee.

Isa 57:2 He shall enter into peace: they shall rest in their beds, each one walking in his uprightness.

Jer 6:16Thus saith the LORD, Stand ye in the ways, and see, and ask for the old paths, where is the good way, and walk therein, and ye shall find rest for your souls. But they said, We will not walk therein.

Zeph 3:17 The LORD thy God in the midst of thee is mighty; he will save, he will rejoice over thee with joy; he will rest in his love, he will joy over thee with singing.

Matt 11:28-30 Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.

Heb 4:3For we which have believed do enter into rest, as he said, As I have sworn in my wrath, if they shall enter into my rest: although the works were finished from the foundation of the world.

Heb 4:4 For he spake in a certain place of the seventh day on this wise, And God did rest the seventh day from all his works.

Heb 4:8-11 For if Jesus had given them rest, then would he not afterward have spoken of another day. There remaineth therefore a rest to the people of God. For he that is entered into his rest, he also hath ceased from his own works, as God did from his. Let us labour therefore to enter into that rest, lest any man fall after the same example of unbelief.

Rev 4:8 And the four beasts had each of them six wings about him; and they were full of eyes within: and they rest not day and night, saying, Holy, holy, holy, Lord God Almighty, which was, and is, and is to come.

Prov 24:15 Lay not wait, O wicked man, against the dwelling of the righteous; spoil not his resting place:

Isa 32:18 And my people shall dwell in a peaceable habitation, and in sure dwellings, and in quiet resting places

The Bible speak of many kinds of rest. From resting from the enemy, from spirit, and from certain diseases. But most especially rest given for the body and for the soul. The bible is a one of a kind book among holy books. it comforts us during our lowest time. It has wonderful effect on our psyche. May we find rest in the Bible always.

God:The God we wanted and the God who is

The god we wanted is the one who agrees with us, with all our wiles and wants, that is why that is the god we wanted. We are always right, forgiven of our sins, and no one should correct us,we're old enough. Everything is allowed,to us, but not to the other people. We can judge them, but we can't be judge by them.

But the God who is not a men pleasing, He is a terrible, jealous God. And He must be obeyed, he can give mercy and grace. He choose you to be his, teaching you the right way, telling you, to trust him, for he will not abandon you. He will give you the strength to carry on, give you wisdom and knowledge among your teachers. But if you disobeyed he will punish you but he will give you a chance to repent and be reborn through baptism of fire. If not, he will condemn you.For this is a righteous God through and through, holy and just, who will not let the guilty escape, yet he does not want anybody to be condemn, but that all should come into repentace and have the full knowledge of him.2Pe 3:9

God:God Versus gods

God,gods, and more gods. After all the truth of the matter there are many gods in the world.

They are as many as the religions, known or unknown in the world. But which one is the right one. There are so many churches, with different standpoints and opinions, interpretations and methods of study. Which one are you gonna believe.

And then these people will tell you that there is a god and that their god is the true one. Are we then to simply believe and simply choose what we like, so that we may be save from our sins. We want to find out which one is true first and that someone can help us change our ways, make us turn to a different path, make us repent, and away from our simple mindedness from our sins, to become a good witness of him. There is no repentance at judgment day.

God, gods, and more gods how do you define it or him, does he really exist? which one is real or which is false, how many god friends he has, and how many like him.
So let the battle begins,ask,seek,and find,and pray.Mt.7:7,8 Lk.11:8,9 Jn.14:13,14,26;16:23,24

God:The Definitions of gods

O.E. god "supreme being, deity," from P.Gmc. *guthan (cf. Du. god, Ger. Gott, O.N. guð, Goth. guþ), from PIE *ghut- "that which is invoked" (cf. Skt. huta- "invoked," an epithet of Indra), from root *gheu(e)- "to call, invoke." But some trace it to PIE *ghu-to- "poured," from root *gheu- "to pour, pour a libation" (source of Gk. khein "to pour," khoane "funnel" and khymos "juice;" also in the phrase khute gaia "poured earth," referring to a burial mound). "Given the Greek facts, the Germanic form may have referred in the first instance to the spirit immanent in a burial mound" [Watkins]. Cf. also Zeus. Not related to good. Originally neut. in Gmc., the gender shifted to masc. after the coming of Christianity. O.E. god was probably closer in sense to L. numen. A better word to translate deus might have been P.Gmc. *ansuz, but this was only used of the highest deities in the Gmc. religion, and not of foreign gods, and it was never used of the Christian God. It survives in Eng. mainly in the personal names beginning in Os-.

"I want my lawyer, my tailor, my servants, even my wife to believe in God, because it means that I shall be cheated and robbed and cuckolded less often. ... If God did not exist, it would be necessary to invent him." [Voltaire]

First record of Godawful "terrible" is from 1878; God speed as a parting is from c.1470. God-fearing is attested from 1835. God bless you after someone sneezes is credited to St. Gregory the Great, but the pagan Romans (Absit omen) and Greeks had similar customs.

Look up godhead at Dictionary.com
from god (q.v.) + M.E. -hede, cognate with -hood and Ger. -heit. Along with maidenhead, this is the sole survival of this form of the suffix.

pagoda Look up pagoda at Dictionary.com
1582, from Port. pagode (1516), from a corruption of Pers. butkada, from but "idol" + kada "dwelling." Or perhaps from or infl. by Tamil pagavadi "house belonging to a deity," from Skt. bhagavati "goddess," fem. of bhagavat "blessed, adorable," from *bhagah "good fortune," from PIE base *bhag- "to share out, apportion" (cf. Gk. phagein "to eat;" see -phagous).

demigod Look up demigod at Dictionary.com
1530, from demi- + god, rendering L. semideus. The child of sexual intercourse between a deity and a mortal, a man raised to divine rank, or a minor god.

goddess Look up goddess at Dictionary.com
mid-14c., from god (q.v.) + fem. suffix -esse.

Elohim Look up Elohim at Dictionary.com
a name of God in the Bible, 1605, from Heb., pl. (of majesty?) of Eloh "God," a word of unknown etymology, perhaps an augmentation of El "God," also of unknown origin. Generally taken as singular, the use of this word instead of Yahveh is taken by biblical scholars as an important clue to authorship in the O.T.

Allah Look up Allah at Dictionary.com
1702, Arabic name for the Supreme Being, from Arabic Allahu, contr. of al-Ilahu, from al "the" + Ilah "God," rel. to Heb. Elohim.

the one Supreme Being, the creator and ruler of the universe.

These are but the definitions of the word god and among other other words associated with it. In due time, we shall delve into these things for this is a huge subject. but more specifically,we shall deal with the God of the Jewish and the Christian Bible.

The Pilot 2: Struggling With Angels

I believe in angels. In fact, I struggle with angels on a day to day basis. Why struggle with angels anyway . Because not all angels are good, some are bad. These angels tempts you by giving the things you wanted. So be careful, you think your worshiping the right and absolutely true God but in the actuality of things, your worship them or one of them, the adversary. After all they are great imitators.(Act 22:11)

I always check the bible, for all those information about topics and topics. it always pay to seek than just believe. but of course, we must rest also, we are after all human who gets tired.I try always to be biblically sounds in all my work concerning the bible. Ecc 7:16

Angels from God, well the good ones, guide us all in knowing the absolute truth with the bible. They don't exactly agrees with our ways, that is why they teach also. Eph 6:12

The Pilot:The Seeker of truth

I have always been in want of the absolute truth of the bible.Comparing websites after websites, books after books, documents after documents, rape of the texts, prints after prints, religions after religions, traditions after traditions, denominations after denominations, studies after studies, scholars after scholars,Comparing Hebrew, chaldean, Aramaic and Greek Koine words.

This is an endless search for the truth because that is what I have learn from the Bible, to always test, trying, asking questions. And after all searching, I found out that God, likes it when we ask or inquire concerning his word.

There are many, many christian denominations, and they always says this and that is of the bible, showing scriptures after scriptures and doctrines after doctrines. but what they do not know is,what they are doing is simply the rape of the text, belief in the traditions,in additional doctrines that is nowhere in the bible neither hinted in the word.

So what Am I to do, I keep on searching and praying for the truth that comes from God through the Holy Spirit.

So never loose hope for God will send you a brethren you can trust. There is a men-pleasing missing here. Ac 4:19,20; 1Co2:13-16; 2Co12:19
