The Holy Spirit is describe as a He in the bible but "he" only when working the commandment of God but no personality at all of its own."It"is the word we are looking for when sent from God and "He" when performing God's command.We are moved,We prophesy,we write and the holy Spirit connect to God when we pray, so to speak praying in the Spirit.Jl2:28
So what is the Spirit... it is the Eye of God or a spy for God,if you put it in another way,Ps139:7-10Pr15:3
