The Innocents. The Little Children or Little Ones or The Babes or The Sucklings.

This is the first group of men. The other two are the youth and the aged. They are called innocents for one reason, in that, they do not sin, they are sinless, incapable of sin. 

Sin is the transgression of the law. How can you transgress the law if you do not understand the law,let alone if you have no will to follow the law.

Will is a proof of understanding.Tantrum is not a sin.

I haven’t found any verse which somebody say to their little ones that they are sinners.Neither I found a verse mentioning or naming a little one sinned. Most sinned mention is from the activity of the youth or the aged

Ro2:12Sinned without the law. Again .You’re teaching the youth and the aged. It is the question of the will. Does the little ones have a will of their own

Ro2:20Teacher of babes. Try teaching them ,that they are sinner, see what happens. You understand. They won’t. Whose going to be punish then?

1P2:2 A new Christian. They are taught slowly at first As the babes, let them hear of the word,though without understand. It is nice to teach
