Did Jesus only talk Aramaic? No. But Aramaic is a common language during his time because most people forgot their Hebrew language when they are delivered into the hands of Persia,wihich have Aramaic as a language.
Jesus spoke in Aramaic while quoting this Greek Septuagint translation.Mt21:16
